My name is Talline Carvalho, and it has been an extraordinary journey to build my State Farm presence here in Danbury. For over two decades, I have been part of State Farm, and in January 2015 I proudly opened my own office, located at 8 Locust Avenue. What began as a leap of courage became one of the most rewarding chapters of my life. Every day, my team and I welcome conversations with local residents, long-time policyholders, first-time insurance shoppers, and newcomers to our community. Offering clear explanations, dependable assistance, and a welcoming environment is not simply part of our routine — it is the foundation of how we operate.
My story begins thousands of miles away in Brazil, where I grew up with strong values passed down by my parents: humility, effort, and a belief that steady dedication can reshape one’s path. When I arrived in the United States alone, driven by hope and determination, I could not imagine the opportunities that would unfold. Although my family still resides in Brazil, their encouragement remains at the heart of everything I do. Each milestone in my career reminds me of their influence and the importance of perseverance. Building a thriving office here in Danbury is something I hold with immense pride, and becoming a mother remains the greatest joy of my life.
My background includes a degree in Business Management, which laid a foundation for leading a team, understanding operational structure, and maintaining consistent professional standards. Over the years, I have remained engaged in the broader community as a member of the Danbury Chamber of Commerce, and I have also had the honor of serving as Waterbury Brazilian Mayor for a Day. Supporting community events, sponsoring local organizations, and showing up for individuals and families in meaningful ways are central parts of my mission.
